What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Manager position at Holiday Inn?
This professional full-time position will manage all aspects of the front desk including, but not limited to: guest reservations, manage front desk agents, revenue management, ensure Holiday Inn standards are being followed, control expenses and ensure all credit and financial transactions are handled in an accurate and secure manner. Previous front desk experience is a plus, as well as previous management experience!
