Duties

- Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations with accuracy.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Assist with night audit duties as required to ensure financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Skills
- Strong background in hotel management or hospitality preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficient in phone etiquette and effective communication skills.
- Experience in front desk operations within a hotel setting is an advantage.
