- Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Maintain and repair mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot problems effectively.
- Manage maintenance tasks through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Collaborate with team members to lead maintenance projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.
- Document all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and replacements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
