Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
- Replace linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Restock cleaning supplies and ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing rooms and public areas.
- Assist in laundry duties as required to support housekeeping operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
