Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, assisting with B2B market strategies, and ensuring the smooth execution of direct sales initiatives.

Duties

  • Manage daily sales operations and support the sales team in achieving targets.
  • Coordinate B2B marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Assist in territory management by analyzing market trends and identifying potential opportunities.
  • Engage in direct sales activities, including cold calling to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and provide insights for strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of direct sales processes and territory management strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Proficient in inside sales techniques, including cold calling and lead generation.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track performance metrics.
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for driving results and supporting team success.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
