Job Summary:
We are seeking a Facilities Technician to join our team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. This has potential to be a part-time or full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as moving dumpsters, power washing, cleaning pool decks, emptying trash containers, etc.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Provide excellent customer service to internal staff and external visitors
Skills
- Be able to lift 50 pounds
- Pallet jack experience preferred
- Ability to run power washer, scrubber, and other equipment
-Basic landscaping skills e.g. mower, string trimmer, etc.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Mechanical knowledge for general maintenance tasks
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with staff and visitors
-Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Weekend availability strongly preferred. Benefits available for full-time employees only.
Note: All positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.

Pay: $13.00 - $14.50 per hour
