What are the responsibilities and job description for the Snack Bar Attendant/Bartender position at Holiday Lanes?
You get paid hourly plus tips!!!
1. Prepare food according to established methods and portions
2. Maintain immaculate cleanliness of all snack bar areas and ensure hygienic conditions.
3. Operate cash register as applicable.
4. Maintain refrigerator, freezer and walk-in cooler inventories in an orderly and clean manner.
5. Clear and clean tables.
6. Adhere to Board of Health regulations.
7. Ensure Alcoholic Beverage Commission regulations are honored.
8. Clean entire snack bar (as per check list) at the end of each business day.
9. Other duties as assigned.
10. Have or be willing to attend tips training
11. Willing to serve alcohol
You will need to obtain your Tennesse ABC serving license within the first 60 days of employment

Pay Frequency:
- Bi weekly
Typical end time:
- 12PM Sunday-Thursday
- 1AM or 3:30AM Friday & Saturday
Typical start time:
- 4PM
