Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server for our resort pool. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing attentive service, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide recommendations on menu items based on guests' preferences.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions.
- Assist in catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to all attendees.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Experience in food handling and preparation is preferred.
