Duties
- Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of pools.
- Inspect pool equipment for proper operation and perform necessary repairs.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to maintain and repair pool systems.
- Monitor chemical levels in pools and make adjustments as needed for safety.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to pool equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role in pool maintenance.
- CPO
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various power tools effectively.
- Proficient in pool cleaning techniques and equipment repair.
- Familiarity with maintaining chemical balance in swimming pools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
