Job Overview:
As an RV Finance Manager, you will be responsible for securing financing for customers through banks, ensuring seamless completion of sales deals, submitting paperwork for loan approvals, and ensuring deals are funded promptly. Additionally, you will offer customers extended warranties and additional protection packages to enhance their RV ownership experience. Providing exceptional customer support and educating customers on the financing process is key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure financing approvals for customers through various banking institutions.
- Complete all sales deals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financing requirements.
- Submit paperwork to banks and work diligently to get deals funded in a timely manner.
- Present and sell extended warranties and additional protection products to customers.
- Educate customers on the RV financing process and answer any questions they may have.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the financing experience.
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize deal conversions and revenue.
- Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to ensure smooth transactions.
- Follow all state and federal compliance guidelines related to RV financing and sales.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2 years of finance experience in the RV or automotive industry.
- Strong sales experience with a proven ability to close deals.
- Knowledge of RV financing, banking processes, and extended warranty sales.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a commission-based role.
