Store Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and assign tasks to ensure site cleanliness, organization, and appearance in accordance with Company standards.
- Implement non-discriminatory management skills for hiring, training, counseling, motivating, and separating employees.
- Promote excellent service and resolve customer complaints in a timely, professional manner.
- Maintain a safe, positive public image within the community.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in retail sales is preferred.
- Skillful use of equipment, tools, and materials as described in the CSR and ASM job descriptions.
- Able to analyze reports, control inventory, manage cash, and handle counseling notices using a computer.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).
Leadership and Management:
- Prepare performance appraisals for all employees, providing constructive feedback.
- Organize and plan store operations to ensure accurate and timely completion of required reports.
- Manage employee workflow to ensure merchandise is stocked, displayed attractively, and priced correctly.
Financial:
- Analyze daily sales and expense data to maximize sales and net profits.
- Budget and forecast profit/loss lines, understanding merchandise margins.
- Account for all money received and disbursed securely.
