About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the register, making purchase suggestions, and working with our food program.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience
- Operate the register and process transactions efficiently
- Make purchase suggestions and promote products
- Work with our food program and maintain high standards for store appearance
- Interact with customers daily and work as part of a fun and energetic team
Requirements
- Retail and customer service experience preferred
- Sales associate or cashiering experience a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands
