Main Responsibilities:

- Lead a Team: Supervise store employees, perform shift duties, and assume Store Manager responsibilities as needed. ">
- Manage Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including fuel consoles, lottery machines, money order machines, and telecom transactions. ">
- Improve Sales: Ensure accurate and efficient shift sales, troubleshoot daily close-out analysis, and maintain cash, sales, payroll, and inventory control records. ">
- Enhance Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with purchases, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional manner. ">
- Maintain Security: Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers, reporting incidents to the Store Manager. ">
Requirements and Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, plus 6 months to 1 year of retail and management experience. ">
- Knowledge: Basic business and customer service principles, including planning, organizing, resource management, and leadership skills. ">
- Skills: Ability to accurately operate various equipment, including cash registers, scanners, hot or cold beverage dispensers, and other machines or tools. ">
- Physical Abilities: Stand and/or walk for an entire shift, grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, and climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials. ">
