Key Responsibilities
Holiday Station Stores - Workday is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to fill a key retail position. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, operating equipment and cash registers, and maintaining store facilities.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Operating fuel consoles, lottery machines, money order machines, and telecom transactions efficiently
- Cleaning equipment and inspecting store facilities to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper working order
- Controlling merchandise, cash shortages, and selling expenses effectively
- Maintaining inventory levels and performing shift audits to minimize losses
- Assisting new applicants with the application process and providing support as needed
This role requires independence with minimal supervision and may involve exposure to extreme cold temperatures. You must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and bend at the waist for extended periods. Occasional climbing of ladders may also be required.
