The primary responsibility of this position is to provide exceptional customer service, maintain store appearance, and perform various tasks related to sales, inventory, and facility maintenance. As a Team Member, you will be expected to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.
- Maintain store appearance by cleaning and restocking shelves, sweeping floors, and performing other general housekeeping duties.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register and other point-of-sale systems.
- Restock merchandise and supplies, ensuring that the store is fully stocked and ready for customers.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including counting tills, balancing cash registers, and securing the store.
