Essential Duties:
- Provides excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly, and attentive manner.
- Rings up sales on cash registers accurately and handles money, checks, and other types of payment.
- Maintains store facilities and equipment to company standards by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties.
- Completes build-to's for ordering merchandise and receives and verifies vendor deliveries.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in retail sales is beneficial.
- Ability to accurately operate various equipment, including cash registers and scanners.
Physical Requirements:
- Exposure to cold or warm temperatures while working in walk-in coolers and freezers.
- Able to lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead.
- Can stand and/or walk for an entire shift.
Work Environment:
- Perform approximately 95% of all work indoors.
- Exposure to occasional noise.
