Job Responsibilities
- Strong diagnostic & repair skills for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and more
- Repair / replace / install RV accessories and components as necessary.
- Communicate information and updates about work to shop foreman and service advisors.
- Accurately account for time spent on jobs utilizing our computer and paperless systems.
- Follow manufacturer policies and procedures to ensure reimbursement for warranty repairs.
- Attention to detail & customer-focused mindset
Education /Experience
- Master Certified RV Technician (RVDA/RVIA certification preferred)
- Experience with major RV brands and warranty/service work
