Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Mind with the ability to suggest improvements
- Experience in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive related tasks
- Works independently with little or no supervision
- Oversee hiring and training of office employees
- Conduct performance reviews
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure that office processes run smoothly
- Allocate tasks and assignments to subordinates and monitor performance
- Learn accounting software
- Knowledge of schedules and month end processes, financial statements
- Maintain the general ledger
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office manager or similar role, preferably in the automotive or RV industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with dealership management systems (IDS and Blue Screen) is a plus.
