This role requires a highly organized and driven individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will determine needs and specify parts accurately, create and modify purchase orders, and record warranty parts returned. Your attention to detail will ensure that special-ordered parts are processed efficiently, and open invoices are closed promptly. Additionally, you will review special order parts tracking, compare invoices against requisitions, and keep accurate records of outside purchases, parts received, and issued.

Key Responsibilities:
- Determines needs and specifies part accurately.
- Creates and modifies purchase order and issues to appropriate vendor to order parts.
- Records warranty parts returned.
- Creates special ordered parts on dealership computer system and notifies ASM, Technician or client upon receipt.
- Reviews special order parts tracking.
- Processes and closes open invoices.
- Compares invoices against requisitions to verify quality and quantity of merchandise received.
- Keeps records of outside purchases, parts received, and issued.
- Performs ongoing inventories in warehouse.
- Attends weekly department meetings.
