- Enter client information into our database with precision and speed.
- Support the Service Manager by completing daily tasks and duties.
- Answer and direct all Service Department phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain accurate files and documents by reviewing, scanning, sorting, filing, and uploading them as needed.
- Perform various clerical functions, including basic typing and scanning documents into the database.
- Monitor Accounts Receivables and process payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors to complete daily duties and assignments.
