Spa Supervisor/Lead Provider/ Grow a Holistic Spa Business
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Spa Supervisor/Lead Provider who is ready to help develop and grow a holistic spa. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves wellness, is a team player, and wants to be part of something bigger.
- Perform holistic treatments, including massages, facial acupuncture, microneedling, PRP.
- Work collaboratively to expand and enhance the spa services and business potential.
- Manage spa operations, including maintaining treatment spaces, inventory, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Build strong client relationships by providing personalized recommendations and high-quality care.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Maintain professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to holistic wellness.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, and other wellness services.
- Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment areas and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
- Assist in promoting spa services through social media and client referrals.

Experience
- Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment is a must
- Certification in massage therapy and esthetics
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of various skincare products and techniques is beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $23.47 per hour
