This is a role for a Licensed Psychotherapist. The Psychotherapist will provide therapy and mental health support to individuals and will have the opportunity to run groups if desired. Responsibilities include conducting individual and/or group therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, documenting client records. This role requires strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills. This is an on-site role located in the Greater Chicago Area.

Qualifications
- Skills in Psychology and Counseling
- Experience in Mental Health and Relationship Counseling
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and ethical standards
- Relevant licensure or certification in counseling, psychotherapy or related field
- Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline
- Experience in providing therapy in a clinical setting is a plus
