Friendly, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Office Assistant needed for our rapidly expanding Natural Health Care Office!
Every staff member is on a program in our office, so you must be on a program with us too. We will help you get healthy the natural way through whole food supplements and dietary change. We will provide free natural healthcare guidance to you so you can be healthy and live your best life and give the utmost client care service. The owner feels very strongly about practicing what we preach!
Holistic Nutrition Center is located in Newport Beach, California. Our main objective is to find the root cause of our clients’ ailments and address them through nutritional guidance and high-quality, whole food supplements. Our current team is made up of five encouraging, compassionate, kick-ass ladies who love making a difference in the lives of their clients.

The office assistant will support the office’s back-end operations, front desk operations, Health Coaching clients, and assist in cultivating and maintaining client relationships. This job is fast-paced, fun, rewarding, and challenging!
The position is part-time (40 hours per week) with the potential for growth in the very near future!
Responsibilities
The Office Assistant will report to the Owner and will ensure a smooth client experience and office workflow. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Client communications (Phone, text service, email, etc.)
- Scheduling (creating, rescheduling, and confirming appointments)
- Pulling charts and prepping exam rooms
- Maintaining supplement inventory (ordering, tracking sales, stocking, etc.)
- Tracking and filling client supplement orders
- Weekly stats reporting
- Maintaining email newsletter contact list
- Social media posting
- Checking out clients and taking payment
- Other role-appropriate office duties as needed
Skills
A passion for helping others is a must! Experience in a holistic health setting preferred, but not required.
