Job Summary:
The client seeks two experienced Senior Business Analysts to support Health Connector tech initiatives through August 2026. The role demands translating business needs into technical requirements, facilitating workshops, documenting processes, collaborating with vendors, and supporting QA/testing teams. Candidates should have experience across the SDLC, strong communication, and task management skills.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of business analyst experience
- Experience in software development lifecycle, integration, and implementation
- Strong skills in MS Project, Office 365, Excel, and Visio
- Strong documentation, presentation, and facilitation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with State-Based Marketplaces (SBM) and Health Insurance Exchanges (HIX)
- Previous experience working with local, state, or federal government agencies
