Sales Associate (Monday-Saturday)
Holistic Pet Cuisine, the #1 retailer of holistic pet food in South Florida, is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at our Boca Raton location! This is a growth opportunity for the right candidate in retail.

Our loyal clientele relies on our expertise in the field of holistic nutrition, which is evident in our passion for pets. Although we are not healthcare providers, our knowledge of supplemental and holistic nutrition is second to none.
Roles and Responsibilities:
>Demonstrate a clear understanding and knowledge of product benefits, and the ability to educate/communicate to our customers
>Provide outstanding customer service by ensuring:
· the customer has an enjoyable experience, and that they leave more knowledgeable about their pets’ needs
· every customer receives a warm greeting and offer of assistance
· listening to customer needs, helping them find what they’re seeking, and offer recommendations as appropriate
>Upsell and cross-sell core brands
>Ensure product recommendations are tailored/customized to the pet’s needs
Other:
· Maintaining and restocking the sales floor—ensuring an attractive and neat appearance
· Receive and process phone orders for pick up and delivery
· Cashier duties; knowledge of retail POS
· Conduct inventory counts
Key Requirements
· Some College education preferred
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- At least 1 year of experience in a retail store, and/or working with animals
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers and their needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 19 per week
