Our organization is looking for a Bilingual enthusiastic Receptionist/ Medical Assistant to join our busy and growing organization. The ideal candidate will be proficient in working in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. The candidate will assist patients with intake applications and translation of therapy and exercises/activities designed to help them live more active, independent lives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Doctor with treatment and rehabilitation programs.
- Maintain cleanliness of the physical therapy room and equipment.
- Perform administrative tasks to free up the physical therapist's time.
- Be outgoing and friendly with patients and visitors.
- Monitor patient's response to therapy.
- Communicate with members of the healthcare team.
- Treat patients with respect and dignity.
- Assist in performing diagnostic assessments.
- Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
