School-Based Social Worker

We are hiring a passionate and motivated Certified Social Worker (CSW) to join our supportive and growing clinical team. This is a W2 position with structured support, client caseload provided, and a strong emphasis on professional development.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to clients in school setting
• Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Collaborate with other providers, case managers, and families as appropriate
• Attend supervision and participate in team meetings
• Maintain ethical, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive clinical care

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Active CSW license in the state of Kentucky
• Interest in working toward LCSW licensure (supervision provided)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive team
• Must have reliable transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $48,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
