Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Support the front desk team, ensuring smooth daily operations
Oversee Scheduling to optimize provider productivity and patient satisfaction
Manage Patient Communication – greeting, checking in/out, and handling inquiries
Handle Insurance & Billing – verify benefits, submit claims, and resolve outstanding balances
Ensure Revenue Cycle Efficiency – monitor accounts receivable, follow up on claims, and assist with collections
Train & Mentor front office staff to improve efficiency and service
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Dental front office experience (2 years required, leadership preferred)
✔ Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and revenue cycle management
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office
✔ Experience with [your dental software, e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental] is a plus!
