Summary of duties and responsibilities:
The Assistant Accounting Manager assists the Accounting Manager with all aspect of the accounting financial operations for the HCP client portfolio.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Assists with the review and control of the companys and clients policies and procedures
- Serve as additional Accounting contact with the HCP client
- Reviews financial statements for accuracy and completeness
- Financial analysis
- Facilitates in leading/managing the budget process for the HCP client
- Assists in coaching and career planning for Senior Accountants and Staff Accountants
- Supports team members with providing daily mentoring to the Department
- Identify and assist Accounting Manager in implementation of strategic initiatives and identify and implement efficiencies
- Aids with staffing of department
- Recoveries
- Training of staff responsible for CAM
- Review CAM
- Audit CAM
Qualifications
- B.S. in Accounting or six or more years of progressive work-related experience
- Understands the Importance of the Tenant-Client-Manager-Vendor Relationships
- Solid Customer Service and Interpersonal skills
- Attentive to Detail
- Trustworthy and preserves confidentiality
Salary : $85,000 - $93,000
