Description
Enriching lives through investment and service is the mission at the core of everything we do at Holladay. This position supports our mission by playing a key role in supporting the execution of financing transactions, conducting research, and preparing offering documents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Assist in Financing Transactions: Support the development and implementation of strategies to raise capital, including conducting due diligence and preparing financial models.

Prepare Offering Documents: Create detailed offering documents, pitch books, teasers, and investment summaries for potential investors.

Manage Debt Portfolio: Oversee the management of the company's debt portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.

Run Financial Analysis: Perform comprehensive financial analysis to support various transactions and investment decisions.

Assemble Loan Packages: Assemble and prepare loan packages for submission to lenders, ensuring all necessary documentation is included.

Manage Lender Reporting: Handle regular reporting to lenders, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Test Financial Covenants: Monitor and test financial covenants to ensure compliance with loan agreements.

Handle Guarantor Entities and Fees: Manage the administration of guarantor entities and associated fees.

Coordinate Financial Transactions: Facilitate the coordination of financial transactions, ensuring all parties are aligned and deadlines are met.

Support Sale Closing Process: Assist in the closing process of sales, ensuring all financial aspects are accurately handled.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or a related area.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Proficiency in financial modeling and market research tools.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Compensation:
The Capital Markets Associate compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. This range is subject to local, state and regional dynamics and may be adjusted up or down depending on market conditions.
Supervisory Responsibility:

This position does not have any supervisory responsibility.
Promotional Opportunity:
Associates with more than twelve (12) months of service may request consideration to transfer to other jobs as vacancies become available and will be considered along with other applicants. To be considered, Associates must have a satisfactory performance record and have no disciplinary actions during the last twelve (12) months. Management retains the discretion to make exceptions to the policy.
