Description:
The Factory at Franklin is a vibrant hub for shopping, dining, and entertainment. As part of our team, the Marketing and Event Coordinator will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our events and be a part of a supportive and creative environment.
Event Logistics:
- Determine event needs with clients including month-out and week-out reminders, identify staffing & equipment needs, create table layouts, and generate work orders to be distributed to Factory event logistics, housekeeping, and security personnel.
- Provide administrative support to the Events team and maintain event reports via Tripleseat booking software.
- Maintain website events calendar.
- Represent the company when communicating with prospective and existing clients, planners, promoters, and vendors, including venue policies, procedures, and best practices, while also receiving creative assets and setting up ticketing options, social posts, and giveaways.
Social Media Management:
- Implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility
- Create and curate compelling content for social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media analytics, track performance metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize effectiveness
- Cultivate relationships with influencers and content creators to secure coverage and partnerships
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Creative Director to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies aligned with the overall vision and objectives of The Factory
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to enhance brand positioning and drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote The Factory and Factory-produced events
Digital Marketing:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute revenue-generating activations and events monthly at minimum
- Collaborate with tenants to develop co-branded promotions, events, and activations to drive foot traffic and sales
- Monitor and evaluate the success of activations, analyzing key metrics and adjusting strategies as needed
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align online marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives
- Coordinate website content updates to support marketing initiatives
- Track and analyze data related to email marketing campaigns, website traffic, and online engagement
Community Engagement:
- Represent The Factory at community events, networking functions, and industry conferences
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and event promotion strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend responsibilities
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and marketing tools
- Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines
- Creative and detail-oriented mindset
