We're looking for an amazing eCommerce Product Manager -CSM / AEM to fill this roles, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. You'll be responsible for overseeing the product strategy, roadmap, and execution within a key product domain. You will lead a team of 8-10 professionals, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and market trends. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to deliver high-quality products that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

Responsibilities
- Product Leadership : Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned product domain, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Team Management : Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 8-10 product owners, analysts, and other key stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Agile Product Ownership : Serve as the certified Product Owner within an Agile framework, prioritizing product backlogs, defining user stories, and ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements.
- Scope Management : Manage the scope of product initiatives, balancing customer needs with technical feasibility and business goals to deliver valuable solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Customer Focus : Conduct market research, user feedback sessions, and competitive analysis to ensure the product meets customer needs and exceeds expectations.
- Metrics & Reporting : Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product success, making data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure product delivery remains on track.
- Participate in product releases as needed by the corporate initiatives and priorities.
- Manage vendor negotiations to source staff augmentation.
- Support Product Increment sessions and lead team to execute on Roadmaps.
Requirements
Please note that this position is considered In Office and will be required to follow the Company's schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday - Thursday.)

Salary : $112,800 - $152,300
