The GCS team seeks an experienced Senior Vendor Management Analyst who will be responsible for evaluating and monitoring the performance of contracted vendors within the Carnival Corporation Global Cybersecurity Services (GCS) Team. This role works closely with vendors, GCS leaders, Finance, Global Sourcing, HR, and Legal, serving as a key representative for GCS in the sourcing process.
As a subject matter expert, the Analyst evaluates, interprets, and presents vendor performance and relationship metrics to ensure transparency. Responsibilities include assessing vendor performance, identifying opportunities and cost savings, and recommending areas for performance improvement. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Strategic Partnership.
Job Functions:
- Vendor Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Gather feedback from department leaders and partner with department finance leadership to identify key vendor relationships. For those key vendors, track performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). Identify under performance trends and recommend corrective action plans. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide data drive insights to GCS vendors.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Collaborate with vendors to address performance gaps and implement improvement strategies. Act as a representative for GCS and an intermediary between internal teams and external vendors to streamline and enhance communication and improve service delivery.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present vendor performance reports for internal stakeholders, including Sr. Management. Communicate key findings and recommendations to vendors and internal teams and drive improvements and strategic alignments.
- Vendor Scope Management: Periodically evaluate scope of services against GCS service catalogue. Facilitate projects to increase or decrease vendor scope to ensure alignment with our strategic service offerings. Drive, in whole or in part, any discussions needed to generate and review contract amendments for the purpose stated above and partner with global sourcing or legal to execute agreements to maintain proper alignment with the GCS catalogue of services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or Information Technology
- 3 years of experience in vendor management, service delivery, or contract management
- Proficiency in ServiceNow, Familiarity with Contract Management Systems
- Experience designing or monitoring SLAs, working in vendor management for a large, shared services organization.
- Experience in vendor management for a large, shared services organization performing vendor performance and relationship management, negotiating contracts, and performing service delivery.
- Experience with cybersecurity vendors is a big plus.

Must have exceptional time management with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and shift priorities where needed. Must possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, excellent listening and interpersonal skills, and be self-directed and able to manage competing demands.
Physical Demands: Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
Work Conditions: Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
This position is classified as “in-office.” As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida Tuesday through Thursday each week. Employees may work from their homes on Mondays and Fridays. Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.
