Lead Revenue Management Support Agent

We’re looking for an amazing Lead Agent, Revenue Management Support to fill this role. This is a hybrid, in-office role. You’ll work in person at our Seattle Office Tuesday to Thursday each week. You’ll be responsible for building, auditing, and maintaining various areas of POLAR reservations system including voyages and all voyage components, system files, fare tables, pay/penalty records, important notifications, TF&PE, promotions and all promotion components, air tables, air discounts, TDEFs, agencies and all agency components. Lead Agent will navigate and maintain shared documents, user guides, tracking sheets, daily reports, and follow SOX-mandated processes, procedures, and retention policies. Lead Agent will take inbound calls and respond to e-mails in department inboxes, troubleshoot reported system errors, and test bug fixes and new functionality.

Responsibilities

• Build and audit voyage, promotion, and agency data in POLAR to support product load, major sales initiatives and general maintenance.
• Serve as primary point of contact for and take ownership of Operations Support redeploy processes and procedures and marketing initiatives.
• Respond to inquiries from outside teams and individuals from various levels of the organizations, investigate potential operational errors, and effectively provide resolutions.
• Provide support and coaching on POLAR functions to Operations Support team members, and solve team member’s inquiries based on department procedures, SOX guidelines, and POLAR functionality.
• Utilize Power BI reporting to perform light analysis of relevant POLAR data.
• Work on special projects as assigned by Supervisor or Manager
• Perform systems testing for bug fixes and new functionality
  
  

Requirements

• High School/AA or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1-year reservations experience
• Knowledge of POLAR Reservation System
• Microsoft Excel skills preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written oral and communications skills
• Ability to work well with individuals at all skill levels
• Ability to multi-task efficiently and complete work within time constraints

• Base Hourly Range: $22.21 to $30.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
