Duties:
- Clean and sanitize hotel rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms
- Clean and maintain common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and elevators
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or services
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety protocols
- Adhere to housekeeping management guidelines for efficient and effective cleaning practices
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
