Located in Brooklyn NY, this brand new location provides bike rentals and guided tours in multiple languages.
Tasks
As a Tour Guide, your job is to create unforgettable moments with our guests. You take them on a 2,5 hour bike tour through the city, while explaining the city’s history, architecture, fun facts and hidden gems.
You take pictures and answer any questions they might have while making sure all guests are comfortable and having fun.
Requirements
No experience as a tour guide? No problem! Our experienced tour guides will train and coach you on the job. As a trainee tour guide, you study the handbooks and scripts that have all the information you need to become an excellent tour guide.

However, to become a top-notch tour guide, you will need to have the following skills and abilities:
- Enjoy riding a bike – and be comfortable riding it! You’re expected to take a group of guests through traffic, while monitoring the group is safe and complete
- Amazing hospitality – a warm, approachable manner, great listening skills and always able to “read the room” to know how your guests are enjoying the tour. Even if things are stressful or chaotic, you stay calm and facilitate while having a smile on your face
- Be an excellent presenter – you’re in front of the group, all the time
- Take pride in your job – the pictures you take and the memories you make with our guests can last a lifetime and mean a lot to them
- Be fluent in Dutch and English (but more languages is a big plus!)
- Authorization to work in the United States, without the need of visa sponsorship

- The opportunity to work flexible hours – you tell us when you’re available for tours
- An hourly rate of 25 USD, plus tips. We also pay 30 minutes extra to prepare and end the tour properly. So, on a 2,5 hour tour, you’ll make 75 USD, plus all the tips you collect
