Reports to: Communications Manager
Job Summary: This position is responsible for supporting Holland BPW’s Communications staff with the development, organization, and implementation of various strategic communication projects.
Essential Duties
- Assist with the development of digital and print content creation.
- Assist with event planning.
- Participate in company events.
- Research, provide recommendations, and design content for various communication projects.
Essential Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree Program in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a self-directed or team environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant internship/work/research experience desired.
- Junior or Senior status preferred.
- Previous experience - Graphic Design, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
- Normal office environment with minimum discomfort due to noise, dirt and dust.
- Mental ability to frequently handle pressures related to working on projects requiring attention to detail, and the simultaneous management of multiple
