Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional care to residents, including administering medications and wound care
- Assume charge of the unit in the absence of a supervisor
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and treatment plans
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Certified as an LPN by the State of New Jersey
- CPR certification
- Previous clinical and/or healthcare experience in long-term care nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform duties
