- Sweep, mop, and polish floors.
- Wash walls, windows, stairways, and woodwork.
- Dust, polish, and vacuum.
- Arrange or move furniture and equipment.
- Clean counters, mirrors, sinks, toilets, and unstops when necessary.
- Clean breakroom and dishes.
- Empty garbage, and recyclables.
- Maintain and replenish towels.
- Replaces light bulbs.
- Order and manage restroom, cleaning, and maintenance supplies.
- Clean and maintain exterior grounds and walks.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
2. Custodial, building, and ground maintenance experience preferred.
3. Impeccable criminal and traffic record.
4. Ability and license to drive department vehicles
