Subway Operations Administrator responsibilities include maintaining operational standards and ensuring compliance with franchise agreements.
Our ideal candidate is familiar with franchise operations and has excellent leadership skills.
The goal is to enhance the overall performance of our franchise stores and ensure their success.
The duties and responsibilities of a Subway Operations Administrator are as follows:
- Ensure Subway mangers and staff are adhering to the company’s brand standards, quality, and training
- Manage and resolve operational issues within the franchise locations
- Monitor the performance of store managers to meet the company’s financial goals
- Facilitate communication between Corporate and the franchisee
- Review and approve schedules for productivity
- Reviewing and answering customer comments
- Reviewing P & L statements for labor and C.O.G.S
- Laison between the inspectors and store managers
Qualifications
- Familiarity with operational practices and procedures in a franchise business (preferred)
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Strong communication and people skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Ability to understand P & L Statements and C.O.G.S
- QuickBooks experience highly preferred but not required
- Must have computer skills
Pay Commensurate with experience
