Our Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities are committed to delivering the highest quality care to the older adults we are honored to serve.
Responsibilities
- Reviews physicians' diagnoses and designs therapeutic nutritional care plans.
- Monitors and documents patient progress, consulting with physicians as needed.
- Educates staff, residents, and families on diet plans and performs dietary counseling.
- Ensures food service operations comply with nutritional plans.
- Integrates and implements nutritional needs and diet restrictions with other departments.
- Reviews and documents nutritional care plans to improve residents' eating functions.
- Revises and implements nutrition assessments and care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
- Processes new diet orders and updates diet cards.
- Completes dietary histories, care plans, and medical record charting promptly.
- Reviews and approves cycle menus with the management team.
- Recommends changes to enhance meal plans.
- Monitors safety, sanitation, and security in Dining Services.

- Starting: $26.89 - $31.30
- Overall Range: $26.89 - $35.70
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in food and nutrition or dietetics from an accredited college or university program.
- Current registration with the American Dietetics Association.
- Two years of experience as a Dietitian is required.
- ServSafe certification.
- Experience in assessing and educating the geriatric and elderly population is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for the elderly and their families.
