We are looking to hire a full-time Director of Business Development for our growing Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) program. This role will focus on creating and executing strategies to expand outreach, build partnerships, and improve community service delivery. Our new facility in Lowell, Michigan, set to open in January, will help us extend our high-quality, all-inclusive healthcare services beyond our main facility in Kentwood, Michigan. We are excited to continue serving the community with exceptional care.

About Care Resources
Care Resources operates the innovative PACE program (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) in Kent County and covers additional zip codes in surrounding counties!! Care Resources provides and coordinates all medical care and social services to eligible participants. We provide all physician and nursing care, prescription drugs, durable medical equipment, dental, eye and foot care, hospital care, medical transportation, home care, emergency, and rehab services in our Clinic, as well as social and recreational activities at the Day Center. To be eligible for the PACE program, seniors must be 55 and older, a Kent County resident, able to live safely at home and meet the nursing facility level of care.

As The Director Of Business Development, You Will
- Drive growth by identifying new opportunities for collaboration with healthcare providers, community organizations, and stakeholders
- Provide all aspects of leadership for community outreach, intake, and marketing for the organization
- Develop marketing plan with annual and quarterly goals that support enrollment targets
- Develop marketing materials and serve as primary contact with contracted marketing companies
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Plan and coordinator fundraising events
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or marketing related field of study
- Three or more years of healthcare or insurance plan marketing or sales experience
- Strong verbal, written communication, public presentation and interpersonal skills,
- Strong organizational skills as well as creative, strategic, and ability to multi-task
- Strong commitment to the mission of the organization
