Recruiter – Human Resources

The Human Resources team is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team of professionals as a full-time Recruiter.

What will you do?

This Key Member Of The Team Will

• Post and advertise open jobs
• Screen and interview candidates
• Hire new employees
• Assist with internal transfers of employees to open positions
• All HR team members assist current employees with HR related questions when appropriate
  
  

Successful Candidates

Our top candidates for this opportunity will have the following:

• A degree in health care, human resources, or marketing
• A minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience
• Strong tech savvy social media skills are highly valued
• The ability to manage confidential issues with professional discretion and a customer service focus
