RN /LPN | Private Duty Visits | Part-time, Grand Rapids
Atrio Help at Home, our private duty home care agency, is seeking an RN or LPN to join their team of private duty care professionals for about 5 hours per week.
What will you do?
- Manage funded clients through Area Agency on Aging in Grand Rapids
- Nursing visits to private duty clients - med set ups, injections, wound care, lab draws, etc.
- Diabetic education
- Annual skills training for the home health aides
- Participate in the minimal on-call rotation about one weekend every 5 weeks
Compensation
- LPN $27.65
- RN $31.75
- Mileage reimbursement
- Licensed as an RN or LPN in the state of Michigan
- Experience working in private duty services, certified home health, hospice, or assisted living facilities
- This position also requires reliable transportation and proof of Michigan driver's license and auto insurance.
