What Will You Do?
As a Hospice Admissions MSW
- This is a full-time position working three 10-hour weekday shifts (9am – 7pm) per week plus every other weekend. Salaried as a full-time position with full-time benefits.
- Visits on weekdays are more focused on hospital informational sessions and admissions. Visits on the weekend include patient visits and/or admissions in the community and in hospitals.
- Flexibility, resiliency, and adaptability

- Comfort with navigating various technologies and computer applications
- Team player mentality
- MSW licensure in Michigan (LMSW or LLMSW with intent to become fully licensed)
- At least 1 year medical social work experience is required
- Hospice and/or hospital experience preferred
- Passion for serving hospice patients and families
