Job Summary
Holland Homes is looking for a graphic designer/social media coordinator who is willing to work hard and grow with our company. This position will report directly to the head of marketing and will be a valued assest to our sales and marketing team. Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the creation of marketing graphics and signage, creation of marketing emails, and social media content creation/management. Candidate must be self-motivated, detail oriented and deadline driven. Responsibilities:
- Create and edit marketing materials for multiple communities using Illustrator
- Create marketing emails using Lasso templates
- Create a social media content strategy on a weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly basis.
- Coordinate/Plan social media content calendar.
- Curate, manage and monitor all social media content including but not limited to product images, reels and videos for: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and External Website Use.
- Ability to self-produce and take a concept/idea, through filming or photographing (either on mobile device or camera,) and editing - with the ability to edit both photos and videos.
- Monitor competitive social landscape to identify content trends, strategic initiatives, best practices, and new platforms and innovation in the social media space.
Preferred Skills
- Obtaining or completed bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications, Film making /Digital Video Production or related field is preferred.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Graphic Design Skills are required.
- Experience in Social Media Platforms- specifically Facebook and Instagram.
- Ability to write creatively for marketing collateral.
- Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Social Media Content Management Platforms (Sprout, Hootsuite etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be willing to travel locally if needed.
