Responsibilities/Qualifications are:
Knowledge of menu planning, food purchasing, and preparation of foods in food service environment
Ability to manage budget and personnel
Ability to implement policy and procedures
Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related major, or a Bachelor's degree in any other major with one year of food service experience, or an Associate degree in nutrition or related major with one year of food service experience or a High school diploma/GED with three years of food service experience.
