The New York office of Holland & Knight is currently seeking a junior associate for its Construction Practice Group. Candidates with 2-5 years of previous construction experience, with transportation infrastructure experience being a plus. In accordance with the New York City Human Rights Law, the pay range for this position in New York City is $225,000 - 345,000/yr. This range is specific to this location and may not be applicable to other locations. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
Job Requirements:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Admission to NY or ability to waive in.
- Resume, cover letter, law school transcript, and writing sample must be submitted.
- Reviewing contract specifications/design criteria and requirements for transportation infrastructure projects.
- Advising project teams on design/criteria issues.
- Drafting design-build and design-bid-build contracts.
- Providing solicitation support (answering RFI questions/advising on contract issues) through project award.
Salary : $225,000 - $345,000
