General Description :
The Attorney Recruiting Assistant will assist the Recruiting Manager and other team members of the recruitment staff with the attorney recruitment efforts for the firm. This position reports to the Recruiting Manager for the assigned offices.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions :
- Assists in preparation, coordination and scheduling of interviews for entry level associates, summer associates, and lateral attorneys.
- Assists recruitment staff with planning Summer Associate Program, including updating and distributing materials, assigning work assignments, assembling mid-summer and end-of-summer evaluations, and preparing of networking events.
- Updates recruiting candidate database and files. Ensures accurate record keeping in legal recruiting database.
- Provides organizational support for law student recruiting initiatives and the summer program.
- Tracks and compiles evaluations of candidates .
- Assists with planning, tracking and attending events for law students.
- Provides administrative support including arranging conference rooms and catering for meetings and interviews.
- Special projects and duties as assigned
