JOB SUMMARY
Salary range: $105,000 - $145,000 annually, plus bonus potential.
Work location: Hybrid; Seattle or Vancouver, WA, Oakland or Long Beach, CA, or Denver, CO.
Holland is seeking a detail oriented, multi-tasking, creative to join our fast paced and collaborative Marketing team. This individual should have an eye for detail and obtain strong written and oral communication skills. In addition, this individual must be able to travel, thrive in both independent and team work, along with being able to report to one of our regional offices, located in Seattle or Vancouver WA, Oakland or Long Beach, CA, or Denver, CO. The Manager, Marketing and Advertising is responsible for providing leadership and direction for all aspects of general marketing, including print and digital advertising and social media. This individual will provide expertise and support to the Development and Residential teams, as well as external clients and partners, in developing and executing advertising strategies, website design in partnership with our third-party provider, social media strategy, and general marketing activities in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s Core Values.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high caliber team of marketing professionals to achieve business goals.
- Prepare for weekly lease-up calls by researching and analyzing past performance, reviewing property leasing and investment goals, identifying trends and relevant data insights, and using this information to create actionable recommendations for the team.
- Work with Operations and Development to verify the accuracy of property data within each IL and Webpage, including property features, addresses, pin locations, etc., and ensure thorough quality control testing is completed prior to going live.
- Take a proactive and innovative approach to managing and maintaining Holland Residential’s digital footprint and ensuring that Holland Residential remains at the forefront of the digital marketing space.
- Oversee and support the continual monitoring of Holland’s websites, both desktop and mobile, for accuracy and function. Review competitor and market leaders’ websites, both desktop and mobile, for comparison and ideas for improvement.
- Research, prepare, and advise stake holders and other external partners on market trends and methods to identify and attract appropriate target customers.
- Create and deliver accurate marketing budgets and periodic reports to internal and external stakeholders that demonstrate project performance, benchmark comparisons, and opportunities for improvement.
- Attend and participate in project meetings and presentations, including design meetings, project coordination, and stakeholder meetings.
- Collaborate and partner with the Executive Vice President, Residential on overall creative direction and digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Business Technology team to identify and evaluate new technology platforms and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the marketing program.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of distinct marketing channels and recommend dynamic strategies and changes to deliver on the expectations of the marketing programs and initiatives.
- Maintain a system of reports and communications that supports critical decision making and informs the marketing team as well as internal and external stakeholders of key performance metrics and relevant opportunities and threats.
- Appropriately triage and support internal requests for collateral, presentation materials, and creative work product.
- Research new trends and determine statistics on generational amenities.
- Support the successful execution of residential ESG initiatives as defined by the ESG committee
- Represent Holland Partner Group in a professional manner at all times
- Perform all other duties as directed and assist the overall team effort in any way possible.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field required. Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field may be considered in lieu of experience.
Experience: Minimum of three years’ experience in corporate marketing, advertising, or branding. Experience in one or more of the following preferred: social media content development, communications, lifestyle advertising, and multifamily marketing. One year of supervisory experience preferred.

Attendance: This full-time position is exempt and requires the ability to be present and available during business hours to meet company and department needs. Additional hours or flexible schedule may be required.
This position also requires:
- Travel 30% of the time and overnight stays.
- Ability to lift or move up to 20 pounds.
- Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
- Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally.
